Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

How much is shipping?
We offer $7 flat rate shipping on all U.S. orders under $100.
Orders over $100 ship free.

Do you accept returns?
Yes! We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

How do I start a return?
Email us at hello@shopharlow.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide instructions for sending your item back.

What items are final sale?
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale items

  • Jewelry

  • Accessories

  • Bodysuits

  • Gift cards

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@shopharlow.com and include a photo of the damage so we can make it right.

Do you restock sold out items?
Some of our most-loved pieces do restock, but many items are limited quantity and may not return once sold out.

How can I stay updated on new arrivals?
Join the HARLOW List to receive early access to new arrivals, special promotions, and exclusive launches.

Where is HARLOW located?
HARLOW is an online boutique currently based in Texas, with plans for future pop-ups and retail locations.
