Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During new launches, promotions, or high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
We offer simple shipping options for all U.S. orders:

$15 Express Shipping (faster delivery option available at checkout)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.
Orders placed with Express Shipping ($15) typically arrive within 2–3 business days after shipment, depending on location and carrier.
Please note that HARLOW is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. HARLOW is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, HARLOW is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
